The Federal High Court sitting in Abuja has fixed a new date for the hearing of an application asking the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) to release the particulars of Bola Tinubu during the 1999 and 2003 Governorship elections. Naija News reports that the court fixed October 12 to hear the case after INEC presented no legal representation on the resumed date of sitting on Wednesday.
